Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) for garnish

Instructions
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
Top the dish with shredded cheese, covering it completely.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Enjoy!
