- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme) for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top the dish with shredded cheese, covering it completely.
- Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
- Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Garnish with fresh herbs before serving. Enjoy!
