- 8 oz pasta (penne or fusilli)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 4 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
- In the same pot, add the ground beef and cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in the garlic butter and allow it to melt and combine with the beef.
- Add the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Mix in the cooked pasta and Parmesan cheese, stirring to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
Notes
Be careful not to overcook the pasta. For a lighter option, consider using ground turkey or chicken instead of beef.
