Creamy Garlic Chicken Ramen

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 3 cups ramen noodles
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  3. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Reduce heat to low, then mix in heavy cream and shredded chicken until heated through.
  6. Add soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Taste as you go.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.

Notes

  1. Avoid overcooking the noodles and burning the garlic for the best results.
