- 2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 3 cups ramen noodles
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions
- Heat sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
- Reduce heat to low, then mix in heavy cream and shredded chicken until heated through.
- Add soy sauce, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Taste as you go.
- Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions.
