1 package gnocchi
2 cups fresh spinach
1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the crumbled feta cheese until melted and creamy.
Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet and gently mix until well combined.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve warm topped with grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
For a crispy texture, pan fry the boiled gnocchi before mixing with the sauce.
