  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
