- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup cauliflower florets
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
