Ingredients
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup cream cheese, softened
1 cup cauliflower, chopped
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large bowl, mix together the heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Stir in the shredded chicken, cauliflower, and broccoli, mixing until everything is well coated.
Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure to preheat the oven and avoid using cold chicken to ensure even cooking.
