- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded (rotisserie chicken works great)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup cauliflower, chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Stir in the shredded chicken, cauliflower, and broccoli, mixing until everything is well coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly and the cheese is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
Make sure to preheat the oven and avoid using cold chicken to ensure even cooking.
