Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shredded chicken, broccoli, cauliflower, heavy cream, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  4. Top with shredded cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!

Notes

  1. For best results, shred your own cheese rather than using pre-shredded cheese. This casserole can be made ahead of time and baked later.
