Delicious apple pie flavors wrapped in crispy tortillas, made easy in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 6 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 cup caramel sauce (optional)
- Cooking spray or oil for frying
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
Instructions
- Mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and lemon juice in a bowl.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture on each tortilla and roll tightly.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Arrange the taquitos in the basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Spray the top of the taquitos lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes or until golden and crispy, flipping halfway through.
- Drizzle with caramel sauce and dust with powdered sugar if desired.
- Serve warm.
Notes
Ensure to roll tightly to prevent filling escape. Don’t overcrowd the air fryer.
