Crispy Air Fryer Chicken & Mozzarella Wraps

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, or other preferred toppings

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
  3. Lay out the tortillas or wraps and fill them with the chicken and cheese mixture.
  4. Roll them up tightly and place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
  5. Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the wraps are crispy and golden brown, checking at the 8-minute mark.
  6. Serve warm, optionally with lettuce, tomatoes, or other toppings.

Notes

  1. Avoid overstuffing the wraps and ensure you preheat the air fryer for the best texture.
