- 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 4 large tortillas or wraps
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- In a bowl, combine the shredded chicken, mozzarella cheese, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix until everything is well combined.
- Lay out the tortillas or wraps and fill them with the chicken and cheese mixture.
- Roll them up tightly and place them seam-side down in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, until the wraps are crispy and golden brown, checking at the 8-minute mark.
- Serve warm, optionally with lettuce, tomatoes, or other toppings.
Notes
Avoid overstuffing the wraps and ensure you preheat the air fryer for the best texture.
