Instructions

- Whisk honey, soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, and red pepper flakes in a bowl until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken in a single layer until golden and cooked through.
- Pour sauce into the skillet and toss chicken until the glaze thickens.
- Remove from heat, garnish with parsley, and serve warm over rice or vegetables.
Notes
For an alternative, try firm tofu or cauliflower florets instead of chicken. Ensure to dry the chicken well for the best crisp.
