Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Peel and cut the sweet potatoes into fries.
- In a bowl, toss the sweet potato fries with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they are golden and crispy.
- Serve warm as a side dish or snack.
Notes
For extra crispiness, lightly dust with cornstarch before oiling. You can also leave the skin on for added texture and fiber.
