Description

A quick and easy Crispy Parmesan Chicken served with a rich garlic sauce that feels gourmet without the fuss.


Ingredients

  • 4 small to medium chicken breasts or 2 large halved
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 to 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup light cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning or oregano
  • 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped (optional)

Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides and pat dry with a paper towel.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add chicken and cook for 5 to 6 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and let it rest.
  5. Lower the heat and add minced garlic to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  6. Pour in cream, stirring continuously and bring to a gentle simmer.
  7. Add Italian seasoning and parmesan cheese, mixing until smooth.
  8. Stir in chopped spinach if using and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes.
  9. Return chicken to the pan, spooning sauce over the top and heat together for 1 minute.
  10. Remove from heat and serve hot with pasta, roasted vegetables, or mashed potatoes.

Notes

Pat the chicken dry for a crispier crust and avoid overcrowding the pan.
