- 1 pound chicken breast, boneless skinless
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 packet fajita seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Tortillas for serving
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add the sliced peppers and onion on top of the chicken.
- Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the ingredients.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or high for 240 minutes (4 hours).
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot with two forks and mix with the vegetables.
- Serve in tortillas for tacos, burrito bowls, or wraps.
Notes
For best results, shred chicken properly to mix spices and juices with the vegetables.
