Description

Effortless and flavorful crockpot fajitas that offer all the street taco vibes without the hassle.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breast, boneless skinless
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1 packet fajita seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Tortillas for serving

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
  2. Add the sliced peppers and onion on top of the chicken.
  3. Sprinkle the fajita seasoning over the ingredients.
  4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 360 minutes (6 hours) or high for 240 minutes (4 hours).
  6. Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot with two forks and mix with the vegetables.
  7. Serve in tortillas for tacos, burrito bowls, or wraps.

Notes

For best results, shred chicken properly to mix spices and juices with the vegetables.
