Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot in a single layer.
  2. Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
  3. Add the vegetables and toss them with the sauce.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the sauce; mix well.
  6. Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
