Instructions
Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot in a single layer.
Pour the teriyaki sauce over the chicken, ensuring each piece is coated.
Add the vegetables and toss them with the sauce.
Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
Remove the chicken, shred it, and return it to the sauce; mix well.
Serve over rice or noodles, garnished with green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
