Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
2 cups crispy tater tots
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup salsa
Sour cream (optional for serving)

Instructions
Preheat
oven as per tater tot package instructions.
Brown
the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain the fat.
Add
taco seasoning to the beef following package instructions.
Warm
the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
Layer
seasoned beef, crispy tater tots, cheddar cheese, and salsa on each tortilla.
Roll
the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
Place
the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
Bake
in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve
warm with sour cream on the side if desired.
Notes
Keep everything within reach before you start for smooth assembly. Don't forget to preheat the oven!
