Quick and delicious burritos filled with crispy tater tots, seasoned beef, and melty cheddar cheese.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups crispy tater tots
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup salsa
- Sour cream (optional for serving)
Instructions
- Preheat oven as per tater tot package instructions.
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain the fat.
- Add taco seasoning to the beef following package instructions.
- Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
- Layer seasoned beef, crispy tater tots, cheddar cheese, and salsa on each tortilla.
- Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
- Place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
- Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Serve warm with sour cream on the side if desired.
