Description

Quick and delicious burritos filled with crispy tater tots, seasoned beef, and melty cheddar cheese.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups crispy tater tots
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup salsa
  • Sour cream (optional for serving)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven as per tater tot package instructions.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain the fat.
  3. Add taco seasoning to the beef following package instructions.
  4. Warm the tortillas in a microwave or on a skillet.
  5. Layer seasoned beef, crispy tater tots, cheddar cheese, and salsa on each tortilla.
  6. Roll the tortillas tightly to form burritos.
  7. Place the burritos seam-side down in a baking dish.
  8. Bake in the oven for about 10-15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Serve warm with sour cream on the side if desired.
