A quick and delicious quesadilla filled with shredded chicken, crispy bacon, and melty cheese, all brought together with ranch dressing for a creamy kick.

- 4 large flour tortillas
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
- 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 cups Mexican cheese blend, shredded
- 1 1/2 cups ranch dressing
- 1 cup tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped (optional)
- 2 tbsp butter for cooking
Instructions
- Mix chicken with ranch dressing in a bowl until the chicken is well coated.
- Add crumbled bacon, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, and cilantro; fold together gently.
- Sprinkle a handful of cheese onto half of a tortilla.
- Spread a quarter of the chicken mixture over the cheese, leaving space at the edges.
- Top with another layer of cheese.
- Fold the tortilla in half and press gently.
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the quesadilla for 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese melts.
- Let the quesadilla rest for 30 seconds, then slice into wedges and serve with extra ranch or salsa.
Notes
Avoid overstuffing the tortillas and cooking on too high heat to achieve a perfect golden crust.
