Description

A creamy, cheesy, and bacon-packed chicken dish made effortlessly in a slow cooker.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • Green onions, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
  3. Add cream cheese on top of the chicken.
  4. Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir to combine with the seasoning and cream cheese.
  6. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon.
  7. Serve on buns, in lettuce wraps, or over rice.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions.

Notes

Stir gently after shredding to keep the chicken luscious and not stringy. For sliders, toast the buns first for extra flavor.
