Ingredients

- 2 lbs chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- Green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning over the chicken.
- Add cream cheese on top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken in the slow cooker and stir to combine with the seasoning and cream cheese.
- Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and cooked bacon.
- Serve on buns, in lettuce wraps, or over rice.
- Garnish with chopped green onions.
Notes
Stir gently after shredding to keep the chicken luscious and not stringy. For sliders, toast the buns first for extra flavor.
