Description

A creamy, cheesy, and bacon-y crack chicken made effortlessly in a slow cooker. Perfect for meals or parties.


Ingredients

  • 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 8 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped

Instructions

  1. Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
  2. Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  3. Cut cream cheese into cubes and place on top of the chicken.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
  5. Shred the chicken using two forks and stir in the cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
  6. Serve on buns or over rice, and enjoy!
