- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup crispy bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place chicken breasts in the crock pot.
- Sprinkle ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
- Cut cream cheese into cubes and place on top of the chicken.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours, until the chicken is cooked through.
- Shred the chicken using two forks and stir in the cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and green onions.
- Serve on buns or over rice, and enjoy!
