- 1 crusty baguette or loaf
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 3–5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix softened butter with minced garlic, chopped parsley, and a pinch of salt until uniform.
- Slice the crusty bread in half lengthwise.
- Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on the cut sides of the bread.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and bake for about 10-15 minutes, or until the edges are golden and crispy.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve warm.
Notes
Use room temperature butter for easy mixing. Spread generously for a full-flavored garlic bread. To achieve a crispier top, broil for 30-60 seconds at the end.
