  • 1 teaspoon cumin

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the cubed butternut squash with olive oil, salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin.
  3. Spread the squash on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  4. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until tender and lightly browned, stirring halfway through.
  5. While the squash is roasting, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, sautéing until softened.
  6. Add the ground turkey to the skillet, cooking until browned and cooked through.
