Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine black beans, corn, diced avocado, and cooked rice.
  2. Season with salt, pepper, and lime juice if desired, and adjust to taste.
  3. Lay out the tortilla wraps and divide the mixture evenly among them.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly from the bottom.
