French Dip Sliders

Ingredients

  • Slider buns
  • Roast beef
  • Caramelized onions
  • Provolone cheese
  • Au jus beef broth
  • Horseradish sauce
  • Butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat, add sliced onions, and caramelize until golden brown.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer roast beef over the slider buns, then top with caramelized onions and provolone cheese.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on, brush the tops with melted butter, and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.
  7. Serve with warm au jus for dipping.

Notes

  1. Use quality roast beef for best results. Serve warm au jus for dipping to enhance flavors.
