Ingredients
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup chocolate chips
1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
Stir in chocolate chips and honey if using, folding gently.
Spoon mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin cups and press lightly.
Freeze for at least 1-2 hours until solid.
Pop them out and enjoy, letting them sit at room temp for a minute for a softer bite.
Notes
For optimal results, use thick Greek yogurt and make sure to stir the peanut butter if it has separated. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
