Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt and peanut butter until smooth.
- Stir in chocolate chips and honey if using, folding gently.
- Spoon mixture into silicone molds or mini muffin cups and press lightly.
- Freeze for at least 1-2 hours until solid.
- Pop them out and enjoy, letting them sit at room temp for a minute for a softer bite.
Notes
For optimal results, use thick Greek yogurt and make sure to stir the peanut butter if it has separated. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
