Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of sliced bread
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the softened butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  4. Arrange the bread slices on a baking sheet, buttered side up.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the edges are crispy and golden brown.
  6. Serve warm as a delicious side or appetizer.

Notes

  1. For extra crispiness, broil for the last 1-2 minutes but watch closely to avoid burning.
