Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs beef cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved or quartered
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the beef and potatoes in the slow cooker.
  2. Melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour the garlic butter over the beef and potatoes.
  5. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  6. Stir everything well to combine.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours until the beef is tender.
  8. Serve warm garnished with fresh parsley.

Notes

  1. For a richer gravy, add a tablespoon of cornstarch mixed with cold water in the last 20 minutes of cooking.
