Garlic Butter Pan-Seared Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4 pork chops
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  4. Place the pork chops in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until they have a golden crust and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
  5. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
