- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced

Instructions
- Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Place the pork chops in the skillet and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until they have a golden crust and reach an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
