Garlic Butter Shrimp

Ingredients
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until they are pink and opaque.
Stir in the lemon juice and toss to coat.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Be sure not to overcook the shrimp and add lemon to brighten the dish.
