Instructions
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt.
- Cook the shrimp, stirring occasionally, until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Remove from heat and garnish with chopped parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute olive oil for butter. Be careful not to overcook the shrimp as they turn rubbery very quickly.
