Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Ingredients
1 lb steak, sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized pieces
3 tablespoons garlic butter
1 cup pasta, fettuccine or choice
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat garlic butter over medium high heat.
Add steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and sear until cooked to desired doneness, about 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
Return steak to the skillet, mix well, and heat through.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For best results, don’t overcrowd the pan when searing the steak and make sure to taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
