A quick and delicious recipe featuring tender steak bites served over creamy Parmesan pasta, perfect for a cozy dinner.
Ingredients

- 1 lb steak, sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup pasta, fettuccine or choice
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat garlic butter over medium high heat.
- Add steak bites, season with salt and pepper, and sear until cooked to desired doneness, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove steak from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, lower the heat to medium and add heavy cream. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and toss to coat.
- Return steak to the skillet, mix well, and heat through.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.
Notes
For best results, don’t overcrowd the pan when searing the steak and make sure to taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
