Ingredients
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp butter
1 small head cauliflower, cut into florets
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
4 cloves garlic, minced
½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
¼ cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
Fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions
In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and butter. Let the butter melt and foam a little.
Add cauliflower and cook for 5-6 minutes until slightly golden. Add mushrooms and continue cooking for 4-5 more minutes.
Stir in garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.
Drizzle with lemon juice, sprinkle with Parmesan (if using), and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot!
Notes
Do not overcrowd the pan to allow for proper browning. Taste as you go to ensure proper seasoning.
