Instructions
Wash and peel the potatoes, then cut them into small cubes. Toss the cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until evenly coated.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F and cook the potatoes for about 20 minutes, shaking the basket a couple of times for even cooking.
While the potatoes cook, cut the chicken breasts into small cubes. In a bowl, season the chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, onion powder, and Italian seasoning.
Heat butter in a skillet over medium high heat. Add the seasoned chicken cubes and cook until fully cooked through.
Stir in minced garlic and Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Sauce to the skillet and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
Add the air fried potatoes to the skillet with the chicken and toss everything together.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese on top and cover the skillet until the cheese melts or broil until bubbly and golden.
Notes
For added flavor, toss in parsley or a squeeze of lemon before serving. Adjust the amount of Garlic Parmesan Sauce to taste.
