Garlic Steak Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine or pasta of choice
  • 2 sirloin steaks
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. Season the steaks with salt and pepper. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steaks and cook to your desired doneness (about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare). Remove from the skillet and let rest, then slice thinly.
  4. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add minced garlic. Cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens.
  6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce. Add sliced steak on top.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.

Notes

  1. Avoid overcooking the steak and burning the garlic for the best flavor. Consider alternatives like ribeye or vegetarian options if desired.
