Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 clove garlic, minced
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 egg, beaten
1 tablespoon olive oil (for cooking)
1 cup long-grain rice
2 cups chicken broth
1 tablespoon olive oil
Zest and juice of 1 lemon
1/4 cup chopped fresh dill
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix the turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, and egg until well combined.
Shape the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook the meatballs for 10 to 12 minutes, turning occasionally until browned and cooked through.
Remove meatballs from the skillet
Notes
For variations, add red pepper flakes for heat or substitute herbs to adjust the flavor.
