Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
1 cup cooked white rice
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup nacho cheese sauce
1/4 cup chipotle sauce
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup shredded mozzarella
4 large flour tortillas

Instructions
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat. Drain excess grease. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup water, simmer for 5 minutes.
Heat tortillas on a dry skillet or microwave for flexibility.
Assemble the burrito by layering rice, seasoned beef, nacho cheese, chipotle sauce, sour cream, cheddar, and mozzarella on a tortilla.
Grill the burrito seam-side down in a skillet with shredded cheese until crispy, then flip and repeat.
Notes
For best results, don’t skip warming the tortillas and avoid overfilling.
