Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 cup cottage cheese
3 cups cooked pasta
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions
Preheat
the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Brown
the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
Stir
in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; let simmer for 5 minutes.
Combine
the cooked pasta, cottage cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese in a large bowl.
Add
the meat sauce to the pasta mixture and mix well.
Transfer
the mixture to a greased baking dish.
Top
with the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
Bake
in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let
cool slightly before serving.
Notes
This dish is forgiving, so adding more cheese is okay! Perfect for weeknight dinners or casual entertaining.
