- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 3 cups cooked pasta
- 2 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until fully cooked. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in the marinara sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper; let simmer for 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked pasta, cottage cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese in a large bowl.
- Add the meat sauce to the pasta mixture and mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with the remaining mozzarella cheese and Parmesan cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
This dish is forgiving, so adding more cheese is okay! Perfect for weeknight dinners or casual entertaining.
