2 Chicken breasts
2 Sweet potatoes

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
Dice the sweet potatoes and toss them in olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for about 25 to 30 minutes until tender.
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked and golden brown, about 6 to 7 minutes per side.
Assemble the bowl by adding a layer of rice topped with roasted sweet potatoes and sliced chicken. Optionally, add steamed broccoli on top.
