Ingredients
1 lb chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup orange juice
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, minced
2 cups cooked brown rice or quinoa
1 cup steamed broccoli
1 cup diced cucumber
1 avocado, sliced
Sesame seeds for garnish
Green onions for garnish

Instructions
In a bowl, combine orange juice, soy sauce, honey, garlic, and ginger. Add the diced chicken and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until fully cooked, caramelizing it a bit.
In serving bowls, layer the cooked brown rice or quinoa, then add the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, diced cucumber, and sliced avocado.
Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
