Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add the halved cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes, until they begin to soften.
- Stir in the spiralized zucchini and dried oregano, cooking for an additional 3 to 5 minutes until the zucchini is tender but still firm. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, topped with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves if desired.
