Herbed Garlic Bread

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Country Crock® Spread
  • 1 teaspoon mixed dried herbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (12 ounce) loaf French or Italian bread

Instructions

  1. Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven broiler.
  2. Combine all ingredients except the bread in a small bowl. Stir until well mixed.
  3. Arrange the bread on a baking sheet and spread with the herb mixture.
  4. Broil until golden, about 2 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning.
  5. Remove from oven, slice, and serve immediately while warm.
