High-Protein Honey Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Steamed rice or your favorite vegetables for serving

Instructions
Combine
honey, garlic, soy sauce, olive oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Add
the shrimp to the bowl and marinate for 15-20 minutes.
Heat
a skillet over medium heat and add the marinated shrimp.
Cook
for 2-3 minutes on each side until the shrimp are pink and cooked through.
Serve
the shrimp over steamed rice or with your favorite vegetables.
Notes
Pat the shrimp dry before marinating for better sauce adhesion and a nicer sear. Avoid overcrowding the pan to ensure proper cooking.
