High-Protein Honey Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 cup honey
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Steamed rice or vegetables for serving

Instructions
In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and stir to coat.
Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Serve over steamed rice or with your favorite vegetables.
Notes
Make sure to pat the shrimp dry before cooking to achieve a nice sear and avoid overcrowding the pan.
