High-Protein Honey Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Steamed rice or vegetables for serving

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  4. Pour the honey garlic sauce over the shrimp and stir to coat.
  5. Cook for an additional 2 minutes until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve over steamed rice or with your favorite vegetables.

Notes

  1. Make sure to pat the shrimp dry before cooking to achieve a nice sear and avoid overcrowding the pan.
